Ogier has been named Best Law Firm – Fund Domicile at the Hedgeweek US Awards 2025, highlighting the firm’s Cayman funds work and its reputation as a trusted adviser in private equity, venture, credit and hedge fund managers operating in the US and beyond.

The Hedgeweek US Awards recognise excellence in alternative fund management and service provision. Winners are selected through a process of board review and peer surveys, editorial expertise and data analysis.

Joanne Huckle, Ogier’s Head of Investment Funds, said: “We’re immensely proud to be recognised for the work we do alongside some of the most sophisticated managers in the market. This award reflects our team’s technical strength and commitment to delivering commercial solutions.”

Ogier’s full-service Investment Funds team in Cayman includes 11 partners. Globally, Ogier’s funds practice has more than 30 dedicated partners and operates across the world’s leading fund domiciles and international finance centres including BVI, Dubai, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, Jersey and Luxembourg.

This award builds on the firm’s strong momentum in 2025, marked by the promotion of three new Cayman funds partners and the addition of regulatory funds specialist Kirsten Lapham. It also follows major award wins at the HFM Asian Services Awards 2025, Chambers European Awards 2025 and recognition for Ogier’s Dubai team at the Citywealth IFC Awards, the firm said.
