
What is the Cayman Finance Graduate Training Programme?
The Cayman Finance Graduate Training Programme supports Caymanian university graduates who have recently graduated or are due to graduate in 2026 and are seeking to enter the financial services industry.
It pairs eligible graduates with small and medium-sized Cayman Finance member firms, bridging the gap between academics and professional career opportunities.
Applicants must be Caymanian and have recently graduated University, or be due to graduate in 2026, and be seeking entry into the workforce.

Eligibility and selection: The Programme is open to Caymanians who have graduated from university in 2025 or 2026. Cayman Finance will conduct interviews and assessments, selecting the top candidates based on set selection criteria.
Opening doors: The Cayman Finance Graduate Training Programme helps Caymanian graduates begin successful careers where they can thrive.
Benefits to employers: The Programme enables smaller sized companies access to Caymanian talent while reducing costs associated with recruiting and training. It also allows companies to contribute to Cayman’s national workforce development.
The Cayman Finance Graduate Training Programme will begin in October 2026 with a two-day orientation retreat, followed by a 12-week series of weekly workshops focused on developing both personal and professional skills.
Graduates will be matched with an employer for a one-year contract at $40,000 KYD subject to standard deductions for pension and benefits in accordance with applicable laws.
