Walkers adds senior leaders in Cayman Islands and Dubai offices

David Hogan

Walkers Professional Services has appointed two senior executives to strengthen its fiduciary and corporate services teams in the Cayman Islands and Dubai.

David Hogan has joined as global head of directorship services, while Paul McGinness has been named senior vice president. The firm said the hires reflect ongoing growth in its fiduciary business across Bermuda, Cayman and the Middle East.

Hogan, a finance professional with more than 25 years in the industry, will oversee fiduciary services in the firm’s three offices. He previously held senior roles at another Cayman-based fiduciary provider.

McGinness, who holds a STEP Diploma and has more than 20 years of experience in trust, fund and real estate administration, will lead the fiduciary team in Dubai. That office supports Cayman Islands entities as well as structures in the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market for clients in the Middle East and Asia.

Steven Manning, chief executive officer of Walkers Professional Services, said Hogan’s experience and McGinness’s expertise “reinforce our ability to support clients across the Middle East and Asia with trusted, high-quality solutions.”
