Justina Stewart
Collas Crill has appointed Justina Stewart as a partner in its Cayman Islands dispute resolution practice, adding cross-border litigation and insolvency expertise to the firm’s local team.
Stewart specialises in complex, multi-jurisdiction disputes, including fraud, shareholder and investment fund matters, digital assets and wider financial services cases – areas that regularly surface in Cayman’s courts and corporate sector.
A longtime member of the London Bar, Stewart was recently named Legal 500’s “Commercial Junior of the Year 2025 (English Bar in the Middle East)” and shortlisted for “Technology, Data and Crypto Junior of the Year” in 2023 and 2024, the firm said in a press release.
“I am delighted to be joining Collas Crill and its leading dispute resolution practice in the Cayman Islands,” Stewart said, adding that she looks forward to contributing to the group’s growth. Partner Rocco Cecere, who leads the Cayman litigation team, said Stewart’s international experience “will be a huge asset to our growing team.”
Before entering the Bar, Stewart worked in international investment banking on complex transactions, experience the firm says complements her disputes practice.
