The Cayman Islands Company Managers Association was registered under license from the Governor in Council on 7th June, 1996 under the Cayman Islands Companies Law as a non profit association.
CICMA’s objectives are to represent and promote the interests of all those persons, firms and companies licensed under The Companies Management Law of 1984 of the Cayman Islands to carry on the busieness of company management and to protect the commercial and other interests of all such persons, firms and companies.
