Our partners are based in the Cayman Islands. We only take on a limited number of fund relationships in order to offer highly personalized guidance and advice to investment managers.

Our team has many years’ hands-on experience managing all aspects of a successful hedge fund, including administration, legal and compliance, operations, risk management, and marketing.

We believe that the most important engagement we have is with an investment manager prior to our appointment to a board. In spending substantial time with each investment manager, and in giving impartial advice, each of our clients benefits from the extensive expertise and experience of our entire team.
