STEP is the global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning. We work to improve public understanding of the issues families face in this area and promote education and high professional standards among our members.

As Miami sits at the gateway between the United States, South America and The Caribbean our branch, puts a particular emphasis in bridging the gap between not only our members and community but others parts of the Hemisphere in fulfilling our mandate of gathering top professionals in each field and promoting education within our community on these topics. As Chairperson my goal is to increase the presence of STEP Miami within the professional community we serve: Legal, Accounting, Trust, Financial Services, Insurance, and those other industries where international planning for High Net Worth Individuals and Families is paramount.
