Kelli Moll is a Partner in Proskauer’s Private Funds Group, Head of its Hedge Funds Practice and Co-Lead of the firm’s global Credit Fund Team. With more than 30 years of experience, she advises leading asset managers, fund sponsors and investment advisers on fund formation, operations, restructurings, co-investments and regulatory matters across a broad range of strategies. Kelli is widely recognised as a leading investment funds lawyer and is regularly sought after for her insights on industry trends and developments.

Matt Kerfoot is a Partner in Proskauer’s Global Finance practice, where he advises leading investment managers and financial institutions on complex fund finance transactions. Drawing on experience as both a senior banker and legal adviser, Matt brings a commercial perspective to fund finance, NAV facilities, preferred equity financings and structured capital solutions. He is the founder and Chair of the PLI Fund Finance Conference and is frequently quoted by major financial media on fund finance market developments and trends.

Monica Arora is a Partner and Co-Head of Proskauer’s Private Funds Group. She advises asset managers on investment fund formation and operations across a range of strategies, including buyouts, credit, growth equity, infrastructure and real assets. Recognised as a leading investment funds lawyer, Monica has been ranked by Chambers USA and The Legal 500 and named among Forbes’ “America’s Top 200 Lawyers.” She is an active leader within the private funds community and a prominent advocate for industry and diversity initiatives.
