Jennifer Colegate is a Partner based in Baker & Partners’ Cayman Islands office. She is a commercial litigator with over 20 years’ experience in cross-border litigation with expertise in insolvency and restructuring, investigations, asset-tracing and enforcement and recovery across a variety of industry sectors and increasingly in the digital asset space. Prior to commencing practice in the Cayman Islands more than 10 years ago, Jennifer worked in both Hong Kong and London and is also qualified in England & Wales and the BVI.
