Help For Children Cayman will hold its 2026 Annual Charity Gala on 14 Nov at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, with proceeds going toward programs supporting children and families across the Cayman Islands.
The organisation said the “Bridgerton”-inspired event, titled “An Evening in the Ton,” is expected to host 300 guests and will include live entertainment, fundraising activities and an auction. Money raised will support programs focused on child protection, family assistance and related community services.
Last year’s Cayman gala raised more than CI$330,000, according to HFC. The organisation said it has invested more than CI$4.8 million in local grants and community programmes since its inception, supporting services including youth mentoring, mental health care, crisis intervention and emergency assistance for families. HFC said those efforts have reached more than 30,000 people in the Cayman Islands.
“This gala is more than a signature fundraising event,” said Baron Jacob, chair of HFC Cayman’s Committee of Hearts. “It is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved when our community comes together to protect children and invest in a safer future.”
HFC Cayman works with local organisations that include the Cayman Islands Red Cross, one2one, National Council of Voluntary Organisations, CAYS Foundation, Cayman Islands Health Services Authority, Cayman Islands Crisis Centre, Alex Panton Foundation and YMCA of the Cayman Islands.
The Cayman organisation is part of the global Help For Children network and raises money for local organisations providing child abuse prevention, intervention, treatment and family support services.
