Campbells announced that Eason Huang has joined the firm’s Corporate Department as a partner, based in Hong Kong.
Huang has over 10 years of offshore experience, specialising in the structuring, formation, organisation and operation of all types of offshore investment funds and their related investment management entities.
His practice also covers crypto-related fund launches including crypto funds and tokenised funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands. He is one of the few offshore lawyers in Hong Kong with hands-on experience advising on fintech regulation and virtual asset projects.

As a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English and Cantonese, Huang regularly works with PRC clients, including PRC and Hong Kong SFC-licensed fund managers, fund sponsors and venture capitalists.
