Lysha Manderson and Leyla Jackson
Global professional services firm JTC has appointed Leyla Jackson and Lysha Manderson to the boards of its Cayman Islands entities, expanding the firm’s senior leadership in the jurisdiction.
The company said the appointments reflect its commitment to strengthening local governance and leadership as part of its ongoing growth in the region. Both Jackson and Manderson are directors within JTC’s Private Capital Services division.
Jackson, who has more than 15 years’ experience in legal, fiduciary and financial services, has previously worked for a global bank, an offshore law firm, and within the public sector. A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, she has also served as president of the Cayman Islands Boxing Association.
Manderson, who joined JTC in 2022, has worked in Cayman’s financial services industry for over 20 years, including senior roles in legal, trust and fiduciary firms. Her expertise includes corporate governance, entity management and regulatory compliance across Cayman, the UK, the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong.
Michael Halsey, JTC’s regional head for the Caribbean, said both directors bring “considerable expertise in the Cayman and cross-border financial services space” and that their appointments align with the firm’s focus on “excellence and diversity.”
JTC is a publicly listed professional services firm providing fund, corporate and private client services across multiple jurisdictions.
