The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC) announced its newly elected 2025 Executive Committee at its annual general meeting (AGM) held recently. The committee, a cornerstone of IMAC’s leadership, includes both new and returning members who will guide the organisation’s efforts next year.
The newly appointed committee chairs are as follows:
- Michael Wild – Forum Committee Chair
- Gareth van den Bergh – Marketing Committee Chair
- Jessica Powell – Scholarship Committee Chair
- Andrew MacKay – Education and Social Committee Chair
The following executive committee members will continue in their roles for a second term:
- Kieran Mehigan – IMAC Chair
- James Trundle – Vice Chair
- Erin Brosnihan – Secretary
- Paul Macey – Legislative & Regulatory
- Jenny Pooley – IMAC Office
Reflecting on the year ahead, IMAC Chair Kieran Mehigan said, “I am excited for all we have planned for 2025. IMAC remains committed to fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders across Cayman’s financial services industry, while continuing to represent and grow our industry locally and internationally.”
Since its inception in 1994, IMAC has played a pivotal role in representing insurance managers, captive insurance companies and service providers, acting as a vital link between the industry, government and regulators in the Cayman Islands. With a focus on promoting innovation and growth, IMAC continues to position the Cayman Islands as a leading domicile for captive insurance worldwide.
