Harneys is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Gordon as managing director of Harneys Fiduciary, based in the Cayman Islands. Richard is recognised for his expertise in the funds and CLO sector, speaking on panels and regularly contributing to industry publications. Amid Richard’s appointment, the firm has had 12 mid-year promotions globally.
Richard has over 15 years’ experience acting as an independent director, primarily in Cayman and Luxembourg. He specialises in the provision of fiduciary services to Funds, Capital Markets, CLO/CDO/Structured Finance, Corporate and Regulatory & Compliance clients. Prior to joining Harneys, Richard was managing director of the Ocorian Group’s Cayman Islands operations.
