Monetaforge is a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registered with the Cayman Islans Monetary Authority (CIMA) that provides design, mint, issue and administration (DMIA) of Permissioned Security Tokens that are compliant with US SEC and other jurisdictional regulations. Token holders register with Monetaforge to enable permission to hold a given token by way of the ERC-3643 permissioning standard and enable the regulation transfer restrictions rule enforcement via the blockchain.

Tokenization of real world assets (RWA) involves representing the ownership rights of real-world assets as digital tokens on a blockchain. Asset tokenization had the potential to bring trillions of dollars of real-world value onto blockchain networks.

Moneta is a privately held holding company registered in the Cayman Islands. Currently, Moneta has two subsidiaries, these being Monetaforge and Vi Holdings SPC.

Monetaforge is a Virtual Asset Service Provider that is registered with and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority with Registration #2017470.

Vi Holdings SPC is a Segregated Portfolio Company with portfolios focused on specific or mixed asset types.

The “Moneta Community” is the name of a collection of related and unrelated entities that are building an ecosystem to better enable Virtual (or Digital) Asset (Tokens) to Tokenize, Fractionalize, Monetize and Optimize many types of assets (both illiquid and liquid).

There are many other entities that are part of the Moneta Community, including GC Bond Holdings SPC, Ironwood SPC, Tokeny, Xenia and many soon to be announced. Some are holding companies with asset portfolios that are being tokenized. Some are trading or crypto loaning companies to help enable asset growth and access to finance. Some are platform or exchange providers.
