How LEAD Works
Facilitated Workshops: Workshops will take place at select locations and focus on the financial services industry and the careers available. The eight one-hour workshops run from May 1st to June 30th.
Mentoring/Coaching: Each student will be paired with a mentor from a Cayman Finance member organization. These senior executives will meet with students for one hour per week from May 1st to June 30th.
Work Experience for Students: Paid work experience opportunities will be identified, and Caymanian students will have the opportunity to take part in a four-week paid placement between July 1st and August 31st. These placements are an excellent way for students to gain exposure to real-world scenarios in the financial services industry, offering impactful summer internships for Caymanian high school students.
