Cayman Finance congratulates Premier André Ebanks and the new government

Cayman Finance extends its warmest congratulations to the Honourable André Ebanks on his appointment as Premier of the Cayman Islands, following the general election held on 30 April 2025. We also congratulate all newly elected and returning Members of Parliament.

We commend the people of the Cayman Islands for the conduct of a fair and peaceful election and recognise the swift and constructive formation of a coalition government between The Caymanian Community Party and the Cayman Islands National Party, in partnership with the independent representatives from the districts of North Side, East End and West Bay North.

Cayman Finance looks forward to working collaboratively with the new government to support the continued growth and innovation of the Cayman Islands’ financial services industry, which remains a main pillar of the country’s economy.
