Harbour is pleased to announce that Andrew Edgington has joined its team as director of HTC Fiduciary Services Ltd. and an officer of The Harbour Trust Co. Ltd.
Harbour specialises in the provision of non-executive directorship and related fund fiduciary services, and has a long standing and well-established presence within the fund industry.
Edgington has more than 30 years’ experience in the global investment banking, asset management, private equity, offshore and hedge fund industries.
He began his career in London where he worked for 20 years within the investment banking and asset management industry. He subsequently relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2008 where he has been responsible for specialist consultancy, management, fiduciary and director services to investment funds, private equity, real estate, high net worth individuals and companies.
He is a past member of the executive committee of the Cayman Chapter of AIMA and was a founding member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
